 THEN district leaders, building leaders, teachers, and support personnel, supported by this Way of Being, Way of Knowing, and Way of Thinking, will realize the collective efficacy needed to extend to each student the tenets of community, to prove to each student that they are distinctive and irreplaceable, and to facilitate for each student joy-filled learning.
